This is an information page

This site presents a residential development and lets you ask the sales team for the launch conditions. Nothing on it is a binding offer, and nothing is bought or sold through the page itself. Prices, payment plans and availability are confirmed in writing by the sales team, and only that written confirmation counts.

Plans, renders and photographs

Images of the development are artist’s impressions or photographs of the area and of earlier phases. Finishes, landscaping and furniture shown are illustrative. The unit you buy is described by the plans and the specification attached to the contract, not by a picture on a website.

Reservations

A reservation holds a specific unit for a stated period while the paperwork is prepared. It is made in writing, names the unit and the period, and states what happens to any amount paid if the purchase does not go ahead. Those written terms prevail over anything said in conversation.

Using the site

You may read and print the pages for your own use. You may not copy the renders, plans or text for another development or another sales operation. Links to other sites, where they exist, are provided for convenience and we do not control what those sites publish.

Changes

We update this page when the development or the law changes. The company information below tells you who publishes it.
