What we ask for before a visit, what we keep while you decide, and what you can ask us to remove.

Before you visit

A visit to a development starts with a name and a way to reach you, so that a member of the sales team can confirm the date and send directions. We do not ask for documents at this stage. If you write to us instead of visiting, we keep the message and the address it came from for as long as the conversation lasts.

While you decide

When a unit is reserved we record which unit, on which date, and in whose name. Notes from the visit and the questions you asked stay attached to that record so the person who calls you back knows what was already said. This is a working file for the sales team, and it is not sold, rented or shared with advertisers.

After you sign

A signed reservation or purchase agreement requires the details the law requires for a property transaction: identification, address and the payment arrangement. These are kept for as long as the contract and the tax rules oblige us to keep them, and no longer.

Who else sees it

The brokers who show the development see the visit schedule and the name on it. The notary and the registry see what the deed requires. Nobody else receives your details unless a lawful request compels it, and then only what the request names.

What you can ask for

Write to the address in the company information below and say which of the three you want. A person answers.
