All enquiries go to the address in the company information below. Write in English or Portuguese. Messages are read on working days and answered in the order they arrive, normally within two working days.

What to include

• the development you are asking about;
• whether you want the launch conditions, a visit, or both;
• the dates you could visit, if a visit is what you want;
• a way to reach you besides e-mail, if you prefer to be called.

Visits

Visits to the development are scheduled in advance so that someone is there to show the area and answer questions. Directions are sent with the confirmation.

Corrections and requests about your data

Requests described in the Privacy Policy go to the same address. Say which request you are making and quote the reservation or the date of your enquiry so it can be found quickly.
