What happens to money paid in reservation if you change your mind, and how to ask for it back.

Nothing is charged on this site

This page takes no payment. There is no cart, no card form and no online checkout. Any amount connected with a reservation is agreed in writing with the sales team and paid through the means stated in that document.

Reservation amounts

A reservation document states the amount paid, the period the unit is held for, and the conditions under which that amount is returned. As a rule, if the purchase does not proceed for a reason on our side, the full amount comes back. If you withdraw within the period the document allows, it also comes back. Outside that period, the document says what is retained and why, and that is the term that applies.

How to ask

Write to the address in the company information below, quote the unit and the date of the reservation, and say that you are withdrawing. We confirm receipt in writing and return the amount by the same means it was paid, within the period stated in the reservation document.

Signed purchase agreements

Once a purchase agreement is signed, cancellation follows the clauses of that agreement and the law that governs it, not this page. Read the agreement before signing and ask the sales team to explain any clause you are unsure about.
