About Terra Brasilis USA

Who we are, what we do, and how to reach us.

What we do

Terra Brasilis USA is the English-language edition of a residential developer that plans and builds gated communities and land subdivisions. The site presents one development at a time, from the first plans to the launch conditions, for readers who want to follow or take part in it.

How we work

A development is announced here before it is sold. Readers leave a message, a member of the sales team replies with the launch conditions in writing, and visits are scheduled so the area can be seen in person. Reservations are made on paper, with the unit, the period and the conditions named.

What we hold ourselves to

The plan is public before the saleThe layout, the common areas and the phases are shown before a single unit is reserved.

Every condition is written downPrices, payment plans and reservation terms exist only in the written confirmation.

The area is visited, not imaginedRenders illustrate; the visit shows the land, the access and the neighbours as they are.

Why the name

The name Terra Brasilis USA comes from Terra Brasilis, the name under which the company behind this site develops residential and land projects in the Fortaleza area. The USA suffix marks this edition, written in English for readers in the United States, and it is the name registered under terrabrasilisusa.com.
